To prevent market devaluation and ensure the integrity of the ecosystem, the following Operational Covenants apply. Failure to adhere results in immediate disqualification:

  • ⚡ Applications must be submitted within the first 7 days of AI tool activation. This ensures we fund only the most proactive entrepreneurs.
  • 🔒 Grant capital is strictly for inventory turnover. To serve as a system-wide insurance policy, grant capital remains within the trading ecosystem for a mandatory 60-day cycle. No external withdrawals of the principal are permitted during this "Seasoning Period."
  • 💰 The initial grant principal must be reconciled within the 60-day window to allow for the next wave of merchant funding. The initial grant is valid for 60 days provided you keep to the criteria. You loose capital and profits if after 30 days, you do not meet up with the criteria or you fall short on the criteria
  • 📊 Criteria are non-cumulative. To advance to a higher tier, you must demonstrate the ability to scale a new merchant sector. This prevents "stagnant networks" and ensures constant market expansion.

1. Executive Visibility & Leadership

Ambassadors are required to demonstrate public-facing leadership through live AMAs, structured video conferences, and stakeholder briefings. Passive or text-only engagement is insufficient; visible leadership is mandatory.

2. Verifiable Digital & Physical Evidence

Clear video documentation of inventory receipt, stocking activity, and grant-funded product deployment must be uploaded to the portal to ensure auditability, transparency, and operational integrity.

3. Performance-Based Executive Bonuses
  • • Attain the $5,000 Performance Tier: Receive an immediate $500 Executive Bonus (fully withdrawable).
  • • Attain the $20,000 Performance Tier: Receive an immediate $2,000 Executive Bonus (fully withdrawable).
4. Network Renewal & Expansion Policy

All qualification metrics are strictly non-cumulative and single-use.

  • Principle: Advancement to higher grant tiers requires demonstrable growth through newly established merchant networks, not prior or recycled data.
  • Policy: Once a merchant network is used to qualify for a grant, it is permanently retired from eligibility calculations. Each new grant level requires a newly built Managed Merchant Network, ensuring continuous market expansion and ecosystem vitality.
5. Operational Accountability & Compliance

Ambassadors are accountable for maintaining accurate reporting, timely submissions, and full compliance with program guidelines. Failure to meet documentation or engagement standards may result in suspension or revocation of grant privileges.

What happens if I don't reach the required active team members in time?

The grant is measured against the active-team requirement stated on your tier. Keeping your team active before the countdown ends is what keeps the grant running to its natural expiry, so it's worth prioritizing team-building from day one rather than leaving it late.

Can I withdraw profit from a Pre-Grant immediately?

No, profit generated stays inside the grant, not your main wallet, until the grant reaches its natural expiry. At that point, unlocked profit and the returned capital follow the terms of your tier.

Do the active team members I bring in for this grant count toward a future grant too?

Each active team member can only be counted toward one grant commitment at a time, which is why your current available count is shown above. Once committed, they stay tied to that grant.

That's intentional. GEAS isn't trying to fund isolated store owners working alone, it wants hubs, merchants who've already shown they can grow other merchants, because that's what actually makes the ecosystem expand instead of relying on a small number of large accounts. Taking on a Post-Grant means stepping into the role of a GEAS Brand Ambassador, someone responsible for the part of the ecosystem they've helped build.

How long does review take after I submit?

Our team reviews every application before disbursing capital, as stated above, so submit within the first 7 days of AI tool activation to make sure your window isn't affected by review time.

Can I apply for a Post-Grant and a Pre-Grant at the same time?

Each grant draws on active team members and network size as its qualifying resource, and those are tracked per commitment, so check your available active referrals under the Pre-Grants tab before committing the same network to both.
