Frequently Asked Questions

Sessions

When are the trading sessions?

SessionTime (UTC)
Dawn Session01:00 to 02:00 UTC
Midday Session09:00 to 10:00 UTC
Dusk Session17:00 to 18:00 UTC

Each session lasts 1 hour. You can only place bids during an active session.

Can I bid outside of sessions?

No. The bid button is only active during a session. Between sessions, you will see a countdown showing when the next session opens.

What timezone are the sessions in?

All times are in UTC. Add or subtract your timezone offset to get your local time. For example: UTC+1 (West Africa, Central Europe) add 1 hour. UTC+3 (East Africa, Middle East) add 3 hours. UTC-5 (US Eastern) subtract 5 hours.

What happens if I miss a session?

Nothing. Wait for the next one. There are 3 sessions per day, so the maximum wait is about 7 hours.

Bidding

I placed a bid but it was not successful. What happened?

The system evaluates bids competitively. Not every bid is approved in every session. Your balance is not affected when a bid is not successful. Try again in the same session (if time remains) or in the next session.

My balance was not deducted. Did my bid go through?

Your balance is only deducted when a bid is successful. If your balance is unchanged, the bid was not approved this time.

Selling

How long until my sell is processed?

Each sell order has its own 24-hour processing window that begins from the moment you place it. If you place a sell order at 14:00 on Monday, it is processed by 14:00 on Tuesday. Different sell orders run independently.

Why was my sell not approved?

Sells are processed competitively. In each cycle, only a portion of sells are approved. This is normal and does not indicate a problem with your account.

If your sell was not approved, you keep the product and can place a new sell order. Consider adjusting your profit margin or Recess to improve your chances. If your sells keep failing, try using the AI buyback margin for a guaranteed sale at a small profit.

What is Recess and Excess?

Recess is the lowest you are willing to accept below your asking price. Excess is the highest you are willing to accept above your asking price.

Both are set as percentages on the sell form. The form shows you the exact price range in real time as you adjust the values. See How to Sell for detailed examples.

How is the fill price determined?

When your sell is approved, the fill price is based on current market conditions. It will always fall within the range you set (between your Recess floor and Excess ceiling). The exact price is shown in your sell history.

Where do my sell proceeds go?

Proceeds go back to the wallet you used to place the original bid. If you bid with your main wallet, proceeds go to your main wallet. If you bid with your ICTP wallet, proceeds go to your ICTP balance.

What is the AI buyback margin?

It is a safety net. If your asking price is within 0.05% to 0.2% of the product value, the system guarantees your sell regardless of market conditions. The profit is very small, but the sale is certain. Use it when you need to exit a position after multiple rejections. See The AI Buyback Margin for examples.

Referrals

What do I get if I refer someone?

GE-AS has a three-tier referral programme. When someone you referred makes a successful sell, you earn a commission on their profit:

LevelCommission
1st Generation (you referred them)5% of their sell profit
2nd Generation (they referred someone)3% of that person's sell profit
3rd Generation (third level down)2% of that person's sell profit

Commissions are only paid on successful sells that generate profit. Failed sells do not trigger any commissions.

INFO

Referral commissions only apply to profits made using the main wallet. Trades placed using the ICTP wallet do not earn commissions for your referral chain.

How do referral commissions work?

When any trader in your referral chain makes a profitable sell, the commission is automatically calculated and added to your rebate balance. You can view your referral earnings on your dashboard under First Generation, Second Generation, and Third Generation.

AI Trading Plans

Why did my AI plan show 0% profit today?

Some days the AI does not generate profit. This is normal and expected. The daily performance varies. The important number is your total return at the end of the 30-day plan.

Why did some AI trades fail?

The AI operates with a realistic trading pattern. Not every trade succeeds. This is by design. Failed trades do not cost you anything beyond the opportunity. They are part of how the AI manages your return over the full plan duration.

Can I cancel or modify an AI plan?

No. Once funded, the plan runs for its full 30-day duration. Your capital plus profits are returned at the end.

How do I know my plan is working?

Check your AI plan dashboard. You will see your current profit, trade history, and days remaining. If trades are being made and profit is accumulating (even on some days and not others), the plan is working normally.
