AI Bot Management
The Bots page shows every AI trading plan on the platform: which bots are on track, which are falling behind, and which need attention.
How Bot Governance Works
Every 5 minutes, the system runs a governance cycle. For each active bot, it:
- Calculates where the bot should be based on its plan's target range and how many days have passed.
- Compares actual profit to expected profit.
- Classifies the bot as ON_TRACK, HOT, or COLD.
- Adjusts the bot's trading behaviour for the next cycle.
This is fully automatic. You only need to intervene when the system flags an issue.
Track Status
| Status | Meaning | What to Do |
|---|---|---|
| ON_TRACK (green) | Profit is within 10% of target | Nothing. Working as expected. |
| HOT (yellow) | Ahead of target by more than 10% | Monitor. The system will slow it down automatically. |
| COLD (red) | Behind target by more than 10% | Monitor. The system will speed it up. If it stays COLD with few days left, contact your developer about intervention options. |
Success Rates
Not all bots trade at the same success rate. The system adjusts based on how much capital a bot has:
- Lower capital bots get a higher success rate (more trades succeed).
- Higher capital bots get a lower success rate (fewer trades succeed, but each trade is worth more).
This prevents large bots from earning disproportionate profits. The success rate is further adjusted by track status. COLD bots get boosted to catch up. HOT bots get slowed down.
Reading the Bots Page
Alerts are at the top. They show critical issues (bots about to expire while COLD), warnings (too many COLD bots in a plan), and information items (manual overrides).

Summary Strip shows active bots, total capital, total profit, and the ON_TRACK / HOT / COLD count.

Charts show capital distribution by plan, profit vs target comparison, and track status breakdown.

Settlement Pipeline shows bots expiring in the next 7 days and recently completed bots. At-risk bots are highlighted in red.

Per-Plan Tables list every bot with capital, profit, target, status, and days remaining. Sortable, searchable, exportable to CSV.

Bot Profit Override
In rare cases, a bot may reach its end date with profit outside the plan's stated range. When this happens, your developer can manually set the final profit to a value within the correct range before the bot settles.
The Bots page shows an INFO alert whenever a manual override is active on any bot, so you always know which bots have been adjusted.
If you see a COLD bot with 1 to 2 days remaining and it is clearly not going to reach its target, contact your developer to discuss whether an override is appropriate.
Historical View
Use the month selector to view past months. Historical views show:
- Bots that were active during that period
- Bots that completed (settled) during that period
- Final status for completed bots (SETTLED or OUT_OF_RANGE)
- Settlement accuracy percentage
This is useful for reviewing bot performance over time and deciding whether plan ranges need adjustment.
